Last week,i came to pass a pre school kid with her mom.. The mother was shouting at her kid saying these:

“hoy (kid’s name) umayos ka nga,para kang lutang!baka ganyan ka din sa klase t******** ka!”

I wanted to correct the mother, but i hesitated. Just this morning i saw a somewhat similar scenario. Only, with different words:

“Intindihin mo ung sinasabi ng teacher mo ah..di mo man maiintindhan lahat pero ipapaliwanag naman un.makinig ka mabuti.”

Well,it’s not the best thing to say to a kid so s/he would enjoy school, but common sense says its preferable.
